What are the delivery charges for orders from your online shop?
The shipping fee for all orders within the Philippines is a minimum of ₱100.00. If you order at least Php 1,000 worth of products, shipping is FREE of charge.
For orders outside the Philippines, international shipping fee will apply. The cost is based on the total weight of the items and location.
Note: Shipping fee is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the Checkout page.
Which payment methods are accepted in your online shop?
We offer both offline and online payments:
- Paypal – Mastercard, Visa (Credit or debit card, no PayPal account needed)
- Money Transfer: LBC, Cebuana, Palawan Express Padala, Western Union
- Bank Deposit – Metrobank
When will I receive my order?
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Most orders are delivered within:
1-3 business days (Metro Manila Area)
2-4 business days (Other areas in the Philippines)
4-8 Business Days (Outside the Philippines)
You will receive an email notification if the shipping will be delayed (holidays, payment processing issues, bad weather, etc.)
What happens after ordering?
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains your order details.
If you chose to pay via Bank Deposit & Money Transfer, you will receive the payment instructions in the confirmation e-mail.
If you chose to pay via PayPal using your credit/debit card, your order will be processed immediately for shipping.
*After processing, you will receive a notification that your order is already completed. You will also receive a separate e-mail containing the tracking details for your reference.
Is it safe to purchase using my credit card?
All credit card payments are handled via secure a 3rd party gateway (Secure Payments by PayPal). We do not store any of your credit card information in our databases.
